WHEN IT'S TIME FOR CHANGE
Whether you are just curious or already know that now is the time for change, the healing will be yours. My role is to walk beside you, hold the space and your hand where the terrain is darkest, and help you work your way back to yourself. At Pink Griffin, that work moves through Kambo, breathwork, naturopathy, music and ceremony - natural and ancestral practices held with modern safety and care.
Hi, I'm Ewa
I grew up in Poland, in the 1980s, in a family that kept its problems hidden and its pain unspoken. As a child I learned to read other people before I learned to read myself and to stay quiet. As an adult, I discovered that what we do not acknowledge eventually finds its way to the surface.
I trained first as a pharmacist, then as a naturopath. For years I worked with Western medicine, but it was a single breathwork session in my twenties that enabled me to finally feel all the grief I had been holding. This pointed me towards a different kind of practice. One rooted in an ancestry that holds us all.
Since then I have trained in breathwork, shamanic and shadow practice, and Kambo, for which I made a pilgrimage to the Amazon to learn with the Matsés people of the Ibama tribe.
I have been on my own healing journey too: through sacred ceremony, difficult conversations and the slow unwinding of patterns I once thought were mine. My relationships have changed for better, and a new confidence to hold boundaries means some have come to an appropriate end.
Today I live in the south of England with my partner Richard and our two Alaskan Malamute dogs. Singing has returned to my life, and I bring my voice into the ceremonies I hold.
Pink Griffin is where I bring my experience and expertise together. Ancient practices, held with the safety and care Western life calls for. The work belongs to you. And I will walk beside you.

My Approach
At Pink Griffin, the work is delivered in one integrated practice, grounded in science, supported by naturopathy and nutrition, and held within the safe shamanic ceremonial space where deeper layers of healing become possible. Each discipline serves a different part of you so that, instead of reacting to individual symptoms, the work can heal you as a whole.

Breathwork
Breathwork contains a field of practices that use the breath as a tool for healing, drawing on ancient Eastern traditions like pranayama, and brought into modern Western form in the late twentieth century. At Pink Griffin, the heart of the session is Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) - a continuous, circular breath, supported by music and woven together with other breathing techniques as needed. This gently quietens the overthinking mind and opens space for emotion, memory, and insight. Every session is held with care, attention to the nervous system and respect for the traditions from which this work comes.

My Vision/Philosophy
I believe lasting healing rarely comes from a single approach. With the right guidance, the rigour of Western science, the natural medicine of naturopathy and nutrition, and the ancient wisdom of shamanic and ancestral practice can be combined to create a harmonious whole. Not every person needs every tool. The work is in being open to all three and drawing on whichever is needed in the moment.

Most of us are living lives shaped by unconscious patterns we inherited and wounds we have not yet dared to face. But the shadow extends further into our lives until we meet it.

This work asks for courage. The courage to sit with what is uncomfortable, to look honestly in the mirror and to keep going when looking away would be easier.

And the work is always held with care. Safely, without judgement, with softness, and with trauma-informed attention to how the nervous system meets what arises, so that courage can emerge without being forced.

The work at Pink Griffin is about meeting the challenges you face once and for all. Releasing what is no longer yours to carry. And from that quieter, freer place, beginning to live in alignment with the life we were always here to have.
