Meet Ewa

Founder of Pink Griffin

I grew up behind the Iron Curtain, shaped by parents and grandparents who were traumatised by war, living in silence, and with wounds they couldn't name.

It took me decades of discovery, taking me into the depths of caves, ancestral ceremonies, and the remotest parts of the Amazon to understand that the patterns we inherit don't have to dictate the lives we live.

I had to go very deep to find my way out. What follows is how I did it, and why it became the work I do today.

This is my story.

About Pink Griffin

The name came to me a few years before I felt ready to begin this work. I was sitting by the fire in our living room with my partner Richard and our dogs, when the words arrived, fully formed - Pink Griffin. As though the name had always been there and had been waiting for me to notice it.

Pink Griffin holds the balance between strength and softness, protection and compassion. The griffin, part lion, part eagle, is a guardian creature: a being of earth and sky, of grounded presence and higher sight, of courage and watchfulness.

The colour pink brings the energy of unconditional love, emotional healing, and gentle transformation. It softens what would otherwise be pure power, and turns strength into something safe to be held by.

Together, Pink Griffin creates a space where you are protected and guided, where courage and vulnerability sit side by side, and where healing can unfold at its own pace.

Tash

"I arrived at Ewa's breathwork session feeling scattered and disconnected. I left feeling whole. Her professionalism, intuition and genuine care made all the difference. A truly transformative experience I would recommend to anyone ready to go within."

My Experience and Training

My training spans the scientific, the natural and the sacred.

From a Masters in Pharmacy to training in shamanic practice, every qualification I hold reflects a part of my own healing journey. I didn't collect credentials for the sake of it. I followed what called me, and trained deeply in each area so I could bring them to my clients with integrity.

Education

Pharmacist — Masters in Pharmacy Medical University, Poland & Germany

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC No. 2066761)

My foundation is in science. Years of rigorous pharmaceutical training gave me a deep understanding of the body, biochemistry, and how conventional medicine works, and where its limits lie. It was this understanding that eventually led me to look further.

Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist 4-Year Diploma — College of Naturopathic Medicine (CNM)

Registered with:

  • CNHC (Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council)

  • BANT (British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine)

  • ANP (Association of Naturopathic Practitioners)

Where pharmacy offered me the map of the body, naturopathy gave me a way to work with it , addressing root causes rather than symptoms, and treating the whole person rather than isolated parts.

Breathwork Facilitator 400-Hour Training - Breathing Space

Registered with:

  • IBF (International Breathwork Foundation)

Breath is one of the most immediate and powerful tools we have for shifting the state of our nervous system. My training equipped me to hold safe, transformative breathwork sessions for individuals and groups.

Shamanic Practitioner & Energy Healer

This training opened me to ways of working that sit outside conventional frameworks - with energy, with the unseen, with my shadow, and with the parts of ourselves that don't speak in words.

Kambo Practitioner Advanced Kambo Training - Sacred Tree (Greg Manning)

Pilgrimage to Peru - experienced directly alongside the Matsés tribe

Advanced Kambo Training with Greg Manning (Sacred Tree)

Kambo is not something I came to lightly. My training was thorough, and I deepened it by travelling to the Amazon to learn from the people who have held this medicine for generations. That experience, sitting with the tribe, witnessing how they live and work with Kambo, shaped how I practise in ways no course ever could.

Plant Medicine Work

Long before it became more widely spoken about, I was doing this work - sitting in ceremony, integrating what arose, and gradually learning how to hold space for others in that same process. I have worked extensively with plant medicines as a route to healing trauma and integrating my shadow: not as a shortcut, but as a profound invitation to meet yourself honestly. This thread runs through everything I do at Pink Griffin, a recognition that true healing is not linear, and that some doors only open when we are willing to go all the way in.

Additional Training

  • Somatic Experiencing (SE) - Introduction Training

  • 200-Hour Tai Chi & Qigong for Health Instructor Training

  • Oxygen Advantage (Ongoing)

  • Pranayama Teacher Training (Ongoing)

  • Numerous CPD events, workshops, and retreats - as both participant and space holder

Why I am drawn to this path

I am drawn to this work because I have lived its necessity. I come from a family carrying generations of silence and pain, and I spent much of my life running from what I had been given before I learnt to stop and meet it.

Through my own healing, Western training, natural medicine, breathwork, ceremony, and the inquisitive work of meeting my shadow, I saw that these traditions were kept in separate worlds, but real healing rarely needs just one. The way I came back to myself was by drawing on all of them, in whatever order and combination the moment asked for.

I see in the people who come to me what I once carried myself: the inherited weight of what was never spoken, the quiet patterns running underneath, the longing for a different way of being. I do this work not because I have answers, but because I know how much it matters to walk that road with someone beside you. And because I know it can be walked.
